Delaware Technical & Community College
Gourmet Gala
Taste the World!
On October 16, 2010, Seger -- along with Ray Parson and his able crew -- helped to remake the large meeting room, foyers, hallway and entrance of the Terry Campus, Delaware Technical & Community College into a wonderland of flavors and sights.  With over 25 restaurants providing the inspiration and cuisines, he incorporated 44 immense  posters of world sites, 103 projected images and thousands of lights to create the perfect environment for Epicurians to
"Taste the World!"
An impressive canopy of light greeted guests as they arrived.
The foyer featured 8' and 12' images of the Eiffel Tower, Venice, Savannah, Paris,
Cape Hatteras and others.
The Main Room
accommodated 400 guests bathed in festooned light amid the many black, white and gray restaurant "fronts" while world sites and dishes appeared on the large screen.  A mirror ball enlivened the space as large images graced the ceiling panels.
With design help from daughter Christy and his wife, Sallie, Seger gave each table an elegant glow with an Eiffel Tower motif.
